- Planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across cross-functional teams
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Track project progress and deliverables, ensuring they align with established timelines
- Prepare and present detailed project reports including sprint summaries, status updates, and delivery forecasts
- Build and maintain advanced JQL queries in Jira to extract actionable insights, track blockers, and monitor team performance
- Manage capacity and resource allocation across teams, ensuring optimal utilization
- Apply estimation techniques to support sprint planning and roadmap forecasting
- Manage project documentation including project plans, reports, and correspondence
- Communicate effectively with Leads, Team Members, and Stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Facilitate collaboration and promote a positive team environment
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Assist in the overall delivery of projects end-to-end
Requirements
- Qualification: BSCS / BSSE / BSIT
- 3–4 years of experience in project management
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira including advanced JQL for filtering, reporting, and workflow management
- Proven ability to build and deliver project reports (sprint reports, capacity reports, risk logs, release notes)
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization
- Passion for managing teams and driving results
- Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
