Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and updating:
- Feature documentation
- Release notes and change logs
- Business rules documentation
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to understand software features and workflows
- Research information from product requirements, meetings, and technical discussions to prepare documentation
- Help simplify technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for technical and non-technical users
- Maintain consistency in formatting, terminology, and writing style across documentation
- Support documentation updates for new features and software releases
- Organize and maintain documentation repositories and internal knowledge bases
- Fresh graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good grammar, proofreading, and editing skills
- Basic understanding of software development concepts is a plus
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- Confluence
- Jira
- Figma
- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, English, Media Sciences, or a related field is preferred
