Job Responsibilities:
Support HRD in all HR Functions which may include but not limited to:
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
Qualifications & Skills:
Support HRD in all HR Functions which may include but not limited to:
- Assist in Attendance and Leave management
- HR Documentation
- Job postings, screenings, and onboarding.
- Addressing employee concerns/grievances and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Supporting HRD in implementation of initiatives related to positive workplace culture.
- Assisting HRD in employee engagement activities including team-building/occasional events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Keeping strict follow-up with staff especially with leads regarding HR related matters.
- Making staff familiar with policy compliance.
- Assisting HRD in creating HR Reports/metrices.
- Any tasks assigned by HOD.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
Qualifications & Skills:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in business administration (preferably in Human Resources)
- Strong Communication skills.
- Disciplined and committed.
- Willing to learn and work as a team.
- Flexible to adjust in diverse culture.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Presentable personality with professional appearance and etiquettes.
